Part Time Administrative Assistant /bookkeeper. Job Opening in Mesa, Arizona - We are a growing CPA Firm. Due to the growth, we are needing to a Part Time Administrative Assistant /bookkeeper.
You will be at the center of all the activity in our firm it is vital that you are detail oriented and that, you are always looking out for our client's best interest.
Starting hours are 15-20 per week or more. Depending on work flow.
We are looking for someone who is pursuing an Accounting Degree if possible or have some Accounting Experience
Qualifications:
Strong attention to Detail and Accuracy
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
Strong Organizational skills and Time Management is required
Must have a Positive Attitude and strong work ethics
Working Knowledge of QuickBooks
Ability to Work independently, yet be part of a Team
