Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Record and post all cash receipts
Setup new properties, tenants, and record lease changes within MRI
Reconcile Monthly Bank Recs within MRI
Data Entry / General Ledger entries
Monthly/Quarterly Financials
Update and track various logs, spreadsheets, and workbooks
Reconcile loan mortgages quarterly
Willing to jump in and help the team as needed with other tasks
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
2+ years of previous accounting experience preferred
MRI Software experience preferred
Proficient in Excel and must be familiar with MS Office
