Sales Director Job Opening in Chicago, Illinois - Basic Summary of Position:
REAL pt is seeking a qualified, entrepreneurial minded Sales Director to focus on building and maintaining strong partnerships. The successful candidate will coordinate sales activities including market analysis, development of campaigns, relationship building in the community and promotional events. The position requires a strong knowledge of physical rehabilitation and the ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships. Essential Functions:
Promote REAL pt to our high volume accounts and subsequent physicians and support staff.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships and rapport with the physicians and support staff of key accounts.
Responsible for analyzing referral trends and developing daily call plans based on this information.
Responsible for generating referral growth for REAL pt services
Develop and maintain accurate, current database of industry contacts.
Prepare any reports regarding sales activity as requested.
Create brand awareness and demand.
Participate in market analysis and competitive analysis as needed.
Participate in sales training as needed.
Be friendly and communicate in a manner that reinforces positive communication
Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education: Bachelor?s Degree
Experience: 2-5 years sales experience preferred in the pharmaceutical or PT/health related industry
