Requirements
Must have roofing and/or insurance restoration experience.
Must meet structured sales quota levels and targets.
Must be able to climb ladders and inspect (walk on) roofs.
Must be able to measure roofing, siding, and gutters and correctly generate spec. forms
Must have sales training experience
Core responsibilities
Work with new sales associates to provide direct field and office training.
Attend weekly sales location training and company meetings.
Meet self managed sales levels and personal quotas.

Daily software reporting and new customer entry for all related activities.
