What the Bookkeeper will do?
Work with 20+ Project Managers to research and audit invoices
Create and send out 150+ invoices per week
Troubleshoot problems that come up with invoicing and work to correct them in a timely and efficient manner
After you get comfortable with the invoicing you will be able to move into Accounts Payable and Payroll functions as well
What the company needs in a Bookkeeper:
Personality is important- you need to be someone who likes to research and problem solve.
Every day is different so flexibility and ability to roll with the punches is critical!
1+ years of accounting experience
Experience with project billing or project accounting would be great but not required
