Program Account Manager - Sales and Customer Service Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - Job Description :
As the Program Account Manager, you will work with our team and take responsibility for answering incoming inquiries, managing company chat system, following up with potential customers, managing leads within our CRM system, and filling our open enrollment classes across the country. This is a new hybrid position that requires both customer service skills and a sales mindset. The ideal candidate should be highly driven, outgoing, motivated, and very detail oriented to keep our sales leads organized.
Compensation: Primarily base pay plus a bonus structure
Job Requirements:
1-5 years of sales experience
Attention to detail in writing and communications
Previous experience using a CRM system a plus
Discipline, focus and able to work independently
