Loan Processor - Sales Team Job Opening in Melville, New york - UNITED MORTGAGE CORP is seeking qualified candidates to fill an opening for the position of Team Processor. Job Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
Processing and completing conventional and FHA mortgage loan files.
Verifying that all submitted documentation is accurate and complete.
Obtaining required conditions from the borrower, and monitoring loans from origination through closing.
Key Competencies & Experience
PLEASE NOTE: Only resumes that demonstrate at least one solid year of recent processing experience will be considered.
Ability to accurately manage multiple tasks and deadlines on a daily basis.
Must be able to demonstrate effective and professional verbal and written communication skills while interfacing with the Team's sales assistants and loan officers, as well as Corporate's compliance, underwriting and processing staff.
Must be competent with details and maintain strict adherence to and knowledge of policies, procedures and applicable lending laws applicable to the duties involved with mortgage loan processing.
Proficiency with LOS systems, MS Outlook, as well as web-based applications such as CreditPlus and/or DataVerify.
