Great Opportunity in High Ticket Phone Sales Job Opening in Westminster, Colorado - Are you one of the best you know on the phone... but wondering where the money is? Do you have the rare ability to read/follow a script in a way no one would ever guess you had one?
I'm looking for a small handful of professionals ready to do what it takes to make 6 figures... whether you've made great money on the phones before or not.
We are a real estate investing educational company that truly changes lives. We mentor people in getting a good start with their business, and we help seasoned investors take their business to the next level.
We have a huge opportunity for a few people to take advantage of right now. A significant launch is planned for early September, and we have also just landed a new account... adding up to far more motivated leads than we can currently handle. I need to get some new people up to speed very quickly, and have you prepared for a very lucrative fourth quarter of 2017 and beyond.
I need openers, closers, and leaders with an eye towards management.
No cold calling, all leads are existing customers or have attended one of our events. Real Estate knowledge is not required. What I do require is intelligent, hard working individuals capable of engaging conversation and connecting with people at an emotional level.
Tell Me About the Money!
Can you dial the phone 100 times a day, (NO Cold Calls!), be pleasant and positive with the ten people you actually speak with, and follow a script? (Follow, Not READ the script. . . in other words, have an intelligent conversation!)
If so, you're well on your way to earning $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
If you are one who "gets it", and moves into a closing position, your earnings could be a LOT more. As in multiples of the above.
Typical scenario (This is NOT a high performer): 100 daily calls, 10 contacts: 4 have no interest, 3 have no money; of the remaining 3, one meets the qualifications and has the desire for second interview. You "set" the appointment.
50-80% of these appointments should close for a minimum volume of $6997. The "setter" and "closer" split the volume. If you set 1 per day, 5 days a week. . . and we go with the lower closing rate of 50%, that's 2.5 deals for the week, or 17,492.50. Your half is 8746.25 commissionable @ 16%, or $1399.40 paycheck for that week.
$1400/week = 72,800/annual
Think you're a closer? Imagine 3 appointments set per day, and a closing rate of 66% to keep the math simple. You're closing 2 deals a day for minimum commissionable volume to you of $6997. Let's say you blank one day, so $28K volume for the week. At this level, your commission is 20%, for a weekly paycheck of $5,600. . . or $291,200 annually. Is this for real? Not for most... but do you have what it takes?
All calculations based on deal of $6997. This is actually about 2/3 of the sales. . . the others come in at 11,997 or 17,997. . . do the math. Just to make things fun, we occasionally do deals of $30K-$70K, providing a very nice bonus check from time to time.
Some people don't work out, of course; and some people really get it figured out and crush it in this business. Industry-wide average is about $8,000 volume/week. This would pay $1280/week or $66,560 annual. Top performers and leaders can earn well into 6 figure territory.
This is a commission based, independent contractor position. If you do not fully know what this means or why it is such a benefit to you, you might not quite be ready for this yet.
