Accounts Payable Job Opening in Georgetown, Kentucky - We are a growing, dynamic sheet metal fabricator in Georgetown, Kentucky searching for a qualified individual to fill an Accounts Payable opening in our accounting department.
The ideal candidate will have two to three years of Accounts Payable experience in a multi-company / location manufacturing environment. Primary responsibilities include:
* Review high volume of accounts payable invoices for accuracy and completeness by matching signed packing slips with invoices received.
* Code the accounts payable invoice to the proper general ledger account and enter invoices into the accounting system for payment.
* Process payments to vendors on a weekly basis.
* Balance month end accounts payable aging to the general ledger.
* Responsible for all vendor communication to resolve invoicing and payment discrepancies.
* Adds administrative support services for Management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
* Possess a high level of accuracy and have an attention to detail while being self-motivated to meet weekly and monthly deadlines.
