Sales Administrative Assistant Job Opening in New York, New york - Nally Jewels Inc. is diamond jewelry retailer, known for its expertise and selection of quality jewelry and gems. Our success is founded on teamwork, trust and transparency. We are looking to add talented, energetic, driven individuals to our team who share our values and who will help us meet our strategic business objectives.
As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will support the staff and clients with the highest level of service and attention. This is an ideal role for any individual currently looking to learn about high quality gems and designer jewelry. This is a full time position for Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. There are paid vacation benefits after eligibility and room for advancement.
Job Responsibility may include:
- Support and collaborate with staff in selling process
- Perform clerical duties like completing expense reports or sales proposals
- Coordinate appointments and meetings within multiple calendars
- Facilitate Office communications.
- Input inventory data
- Filing and scanning document
- Organize travel and shipping arrangements
Requirements:
- Professional and Service oriented
- Self motivate with a strong drive for achievement
- Quick learner with ability to work independently
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management
- Computer skills: MS Office, Photoshop (A Plus)
- Organized with great attention to details and problem solving skills
- Experience with jewelry photography is a plus
- Sales experience is a plus
- Associate degree or higher is a plus
- Fine jewelry and gemstone knowledge is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30,000.00 to $32,500.00 /year
