Our locally owned, full service tobacco & vape store is seeking two new full time team members to help us grow. Could that be you? The positions will both start part time for the first couple of weeks with hours increasing each week to full time as the basic training completes. You must be available to work for a full shift from 10:45am- 9:15pm (training shifts are shorter). We are open seven days a week and hours do fluctuate some from week to week as needed to cover open shifts so we are not able to offer set schedules. That being said, whenever possible the schedule is generally posted well in advance so you'll know when you are working.
If you enjoy a job with little or no downtime, where there is always something to do, then this is the perfect job for you. It is very knowledge intensive so if we aren't helping customers, stocking product, keeping the store looking great, or processing orders, then we are spending our time studying. Our goal is to be able to correctly answer every question relating to tobacco, smoking, & vaping so there is a vast amount of information to learn.
Ideal applicants should:
Have a strong, long term work history
Be able to, and have a desire to, spend long periods studying & learning our products. It will take 6 months+ to master the majority of the information that you will be presented with
Understand that our customers pay our bills and we need them more than they need us
Be friendly, welcoming, and engaging
Be outgoing and approachable
Be dependable, ready to work when at work, and on time, every time
Be proficient with computers (POS systems, Microsoft Office, etc.). Website, commercial social media, & graphics editing experience are all pluses
Vaping and/or smoking experience is a big plus but not required
Please note that you must be 21+ to qualify for this position

These positions start at $9.00 per hour in most cases with reviews for merit based raises every six months and hourly bonus pay when a shift leader position is reached. Additionally, we offer a healthcare reimbursement program at 6 months of employment to help keep our staff healthy and happy.
