International provider of Mobile Messaging Technology seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our growing team.

The Role
This role will be responsible for taking the globally proven MXT messaging platform into the US market by establishing and growing a community of happy US clients. The role will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior management team including the CEO, CCO and influence the market entry and growth strategy. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring sales leader for the successful candidate and offer great incentives for exceeding revenue targets whilst delivering value to our customers.
Your primary responsibilities include: Taking ownership of the sales process and developing new business opportunities into closed deals.
Having the initiative and hunter mentality to make cold calls and seek new business opportunities.
Identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Managing a sales pipeline including following up with existing prospects/leads on a regular basis.
Developing proposals that speaks to the client?s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Engaging in and submitting weekly/monthly reports and meetings tracking progress and targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot is a bonus)
Attending industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends, with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
In depth knowledge of the market and competitors (personal networks and channels is a plus)
This role will also have the opportunity to travel as SMSGlobal continues to expand in to new markets.

Be comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
Possess great interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in maintaining and building client relationships

In addition, you must be able to work well autonomously or in a team, thrive under pressure and be highly energetic and motivated to achieve. Further, you are professional in approach and appearance and are always conscientious and diligent. Finally, you are also well regarded for your innate problem solving ability, thirst for learning and affable nature.
