Sr. Sales Lead Job Opening in New York, New york - B Floral is looking for a creative, self-starter with outreach and client relationship skills to join our outbound sales team as a Senior Sales Lead for our outbound sales team. You will help us grow our floral & event design business in New York and the Hamptons through strategic lead generation, research, and cold outreach via phone calls and emails. You will also use your experience in sales to mentor the outbound sales team, lead the development of our onboarding and training, and work with management to refine our sales strategy, messaging, and sales process.
You should have a passion for selling and a desire to part of a fun, dynamic team. Compensation is base salary, commission on sales, and benefits.
You may be required to travel with the team to participate in events outside New York City.

You will:
Mentor and lead the outbound sales team and hold team accountable to goals and KPIs.
Creatively find new business with high priority, large scale events and clients through research, networking and cold-calling prospective clients.
Actively seek new leads and develop strategic business partnerships.
Help refine outbound sales process and sales messaging.
Develop and implement prospecting and outreach strategies.
Help to develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.
Make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
Build connections and partnerships through networking.
Research relevant events in New York and the Hamptons and prioritize targets for sales pitches.
Maintain sales activity records.
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow-ups for management.
All other duties as assigned by senior management.
You have:

Demonstrated success selling B2B services or products
Familiarity with luxury brands and high-end/red carpet events
A highly organized mentality, able to handle multiple deliverables, with strong attention to detail

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor?s Degree or higher preferred
3 to 5 years sales experience
Outbound sales/cold calling experience
Track record of success in meeting/exceeding growth goals for departments and companies
Demonstrated ability to strategically source new leads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Flexibility
Meticulous eye for detail
Excellent time management skills
Can-do attitude with a high standard for producing results
