Sales Coordinator (Leasing) Job Opening in Manhattan, Kansas - Are you interested in a challenging position with a growing, national property management company? If you are a Sales Coordinator or have a background in Retail, Leasing, or outside sales, this could be the opportunity for you!
We are presently seeking an individual for our Topeka, KS area, who will implement leasing and financing strategies to increase value of homes and community sales while maintaining and increasing occupancy and revenue.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will:
· Lead potential residents through home leasing process and coordinate from initial contact through closing.
· Handle phone calls from current and prospective residents.
· Responsible for filing, bill coding and general office duties.
· Work in conjunction with the Community Manager during the leasing of homes.
· Implement leasing and financing strategies to increase community sales and the value of homes for the community.
· Develop and manage marketing strategies to meet or exceed leasing goals, develop strong resident relations, and maintain and increase occupancy.
· Conduct yourself professionally and with courteous attitude and smile. Must be poised for success!
· Conduct research on the local market, competition, and customer needs.
· Be physically mobile. You will show manufactured homes inside and outside all around the community.
Requirements
2-3 years of leasing experience with excellent closing abilities.
Demonstrates an intense motivation to sell.
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Detailed-orientated and the ability to work independently.
Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
Ability to be flexible and work evenings and Saturdays.
Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales goals.
High School diploma or GED required.
