Net Driven?s Regional Sales Manager strives to exceed customer expectations and build strong relationships with prospective clients. They actively identify and pursue leads, address customer?s questions and concerns, and meet sales quotas. Meeting and exceeding revenue goals will be accomplished through multiple prospect interactions over the phone and email by utilizing Salesforce to manage a lead list. The ideal candidate is a high energy self-starter with a bias for action and a focus on results.
Responsibilities:
The position operates in a fast-paced, technology-based environment. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing and executing an outbound calling effort as well as building relationships to establish affiliate sales opportunities. Net Driven?s sales strategy includes both direct telephone sales and affiliate sales through manufacturers and trade associations as well as trade shows and presentations to trade groups.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Conduct accurate needs assessments and corresponding analysis to qualify prospects
Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision makers
Conduct 4-5 virtual sales presentations per week and 40 to 50 outbound calls per day
Conduct product demonstrations with prospects and partners
Confidently build trust and rapport with prospects and partners
Travel required once per quarter
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the ability to think on his or her feet, offer excellent communication skills, and have entrepreneurial and/or management experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Must be innovative, persuasive, driven, and energetic
Must be a fast learner who thrives on multitasking
Must have the ability to work both as an individual and within a team environment
Must be skilled at managing time/priorities based on company goals and objectives
Must have an interest or passion in online marketing, technology, SEO, social media, or website analytics
Preferred:
experience preferred
Call center success in senior/leadership position a plus
Proven inside sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with or similar CRM

Salary: $40,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
