Assistant Manager of Sales Job Opening in Wichita, Kansas - We need sales leaders!!
Massage Envy currently has an opening for an individual with a ?Can-do? attitude and very strong organisational skills to fill our open Assistant Manager of Sales position. The ideal candidate is a positive communicator with a high degree of self-motivation combined with a sense of urgency. This is a great opportunity to provide hands-on, results-focused leadership to a team, and participate in the financial rewards of the clinic's success. The position is full-time and the schedule varies.
**This is a sales, customer service and management position and NOT a clerical, office manager position.** (Only qualified candidates will be considered.)
Specific responsibilities include Assisting the clinic General Manager in:
Building, motivating and leading a high-performing team that genuinely cares about the health and wellness of every customer
Leading clinic staff to achieve financial, operational and customer service goals.
Coaching front-desk employees on scheduling appointments with accuracy and recommending enhanced services
Coaching and holding front desk employees accountable on sales of our wellness plans
Ensuring clinic systems, processes and policies are followed consistently.
Provide training, guidance and confident leadership.
Maintaining a professional and impeccable clinic environment for employees and customers.

Advancement potential
Our compensation package includes hourly pay plus performance base bonus. An Assistant Manager in their first year can expect to make $28,000 -$32,000 or more (hourly and bonus).
