Remote Sales Development Representative Job Opening in Detroit, Michigan - Managed Sales Pros helps technology companies grow by increasing their sales.
Our clients include both the Fortune 100 and some of the most exciting start-up technology companies in North America. We support companies that range in size from 10 employees to 10,000+ are seeking team members with enthusiastic, engaging personalities who possess impeccable ethics and professional etiquette skills to add to our remote calling team.
Successful candidates must have:
*At least two years of outbound telemarketing, help desk or customer service experience. A combination of inbound and outbound experience will be considered. We may train those with less experience, but the right attitude and aptitude.
*A good understanding of the technology sector.
*Exceptional verbal and written English language skills.
*Strong work ethic, positive attitude and enjoyment of challenges.
*Goal-oriented with a desire to learn.
*Ability to work well independently.
*Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
You will be provided with training on an ongoing basis, but we do not offer computer skills training - you must have your own PC (not a Mac) that is not more than three years old, wired internet access, a quiet home office, and a USB headset to be considered for this role.
