Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Byron Center, Michigan - Our Inside Sales Representatives manage accounts, including new and existing customers, promote products and services, identify and resolve customer concerns and develop new and lateral contacts within current customer base. This role performs both in-bound and out-bound customer development. The ideal candidate will have experience establishing and managing accounts and developing relationships with existing customers.
Job description:
Setup and Maintenance of Customer Accounts; including processing orders and account management activities in CRM software
Sales order entry
Develop new customer contacts with current accounts
Promote VWP products and services; including scheduling setups and trainings
Solicit Purchase Orders and promote product upgrades to current customers
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through contact activity
Learn the general concepts of Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Visual Management
Build positive customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers
Reduce customer returns through increased development and relationship management
Attend tradeshow and other marketing events
Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous experience with CRM a plus
Dynamic personality
Excellent written, verbal, telephone and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Minimum of three (3) years B2B sales experience
