Automotive Sales Manager Job Opening in Shelton, Connecticut - Curtiss Ryan Honda is looking for an experienced New Car Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing all vehicle sales processes, achieving optimal vehicle sales volumes and profit objectives, and ensuring that each customer is treated in a manner that will create lifetime customers. Must have 3-5 years Automotive Sales Manager experience. Duties and Responsibilities include:
Forecast goals and objectives for the department.
Recruit, hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all new vehicle sales employees.
Direct and schedule the activities of all department employees.
Guide all salespeople in setting their objectives on a short and long range basis.
Desk Deals
Help salespeople close deals. Ensure that every customer talks to a manager before leaving the dealership.
Assist in developing programs of improvement for those salespeople who are failing to reach their objectives.
Closed deals with customers
Follow up on all leads and increase ROI on online marketing
