Sales Representative Job Opening in Hartford, Connecticut - Job Description
The Sales Rep will be responsible to call on existing on and off premise accounts on their route and also open new accounts in their territories.
Responsibilities Include
Brand building, expanding distribution, and obtaining volume goals in territory
Collecting accounts receivables and making daily deposits
Merchandising accounts by using all available POS material
Attending weekly sales and/or team meetings
Working with graphic department in creating wine lists, drink features, table tents, etc., for restaurateurs
Educating restaurant and retail staff on wine and spirit product information
Requirements
Must have knowledge of wine and spirit products
Self motivated/energetic
Excellent time-management and highly effective communication skills
Must live in territory, have a valid Connecticut Driver?s License, own automobile and have a clean driving record
Outside sales experience a plus
Knowledge in restaurant and/or retail outlets a plus
