Inside Sales Support Job Opening in New Canaan, Connecticut - Primary Responsibilities Include:
Daily communication with customers and outside sales representatives
Ability to handle customer service transactions
Ability to handle telephone orders and walk-in transactions
Ability to support outside sales representatives (quoting and ordering)
Complete and process all documentation related to sales
Ability to develop and maintain relationships
Must be highly motivated and a team player
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Ability to drive, promote and increase sales for the Northeast Building Supply
Knowledge in Building Materials, Millwork such as Windows, Doors & Trim
Ability to comprehend and review blue prints
Must be organized with good time management and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft Office; window quoting software
Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree
Industry experience with Building Materials and Trim
At least 3 years experience within high volume sales environment
Must be reliable, honest and able to grow within the company
