The Senior Accounting Manager role is a great opportunity to work with a solid team of professionals in a very dynamic gaming environment. This key role overseeing operation for Fixed Assets and Disbursements, team of 16 individuals (2 Managers and 14 indirect staff). The role requires an aptitude for performing in a fast paced environment and working closely with various internal and external business partners. This strategic role embraces change and builds business savvy engaging in a multitude of exciting initiatives that benefit Accounting and the Company such as streamlining processes and continued automation through transformation such as robotics. Position delivers exceptional customer service and builds successful relationships interacting with any and all business areas cross-functionally whose responsibilities are tied with asset management and managing vendors.
In this position you will gain valuable experience in the execution of strategic initiatives, project management with cross-functional teams, with executive and director levels of the company, and development of global big picture strategic views. Reports directly to the North America Gaming Controller, who reports to the CAO (Chief Accounting Officer).
Successful Candidate Will Oversee The Following Functions
Implementation functions and strategic process improvements, such as robotics, OCR technology, vendor portal, performance analytics and enhanced disbursements reporting.
Financial reporting, risk mitigation, and managing the execution of Systems/ R&D projects for North America Gaming.
Broad range of fixed assets and disbursements.
GAAP technical research and analysis of potential and current accounting such as lease accounting.
Oversees financial and SOX audits.
Enforce the compliance with existing policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000.00 to $135,000.00 /year
