CCS Healthcare has an immediate opening for a full-time Controller. Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience working in accounting management positions with increasing responsibilities. The Controller is responsible for accurately ensuring and preparing monthly financial statements, corporate operating reports, monthly certifications, corporate disclosures and forecasts. Ensures all business office polices with approvals are in place. Direct responsibilities for required internal controls with compliance and audit processes are in place to facilitate a satisfactory audit. Directs operations of revenue cycle to ensure accounts receivable are collected and uncompensated care is kept to a minimum. The controller will work to achieve goals for P/L balance sheet and cash flow. CPA or Master?s Degree is desired. A Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting or business related field with experience will be considered.
