Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood?s mission is to promote healthy sexuality and reproductive choice through exceptional services, honest education and fearless advocacy. We serve the greater Capital District and operate health centers in Albany, Troy and Hudson, NY.
In support of our mission, we are seeking a Finance Director who will be responsible for providing financial leadership, supervising and managing the performance of the finance department to organization expectations. Under general supervision, uses advanced skills gained through training, education and experience to ensure that the financial books and records of the organization are accurately maintained and reconciled in a timely manner including grant reporting. Routinely analyzes and integrates various accounting data of substantial variety and complexity. Resolves most questions and problems and refers new or unusual issues to a higher level.

Must have a Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Must have three to five years of professional level accounting experience with at least one year of supervisory experience. Prior Non-Profit experience preferred. Skill with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with internet and web site use and maintenance, with ABILA MIP experience preferred.
