POSITION SUMMARY
The Inside Sales/Account Manager is the primary overseer of customer accounts, and is responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity, quality, and performance of APS Plastics. The Inside Sales/Account Manager provides support to General Manager as needed.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS:
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through phone, email, and occasionally in-person interactions
Build and maintain positive collaborative relationships with internal team
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Research customer history and follow up based on changes in buying patterns
Follow up on quotes, opportunities, and leads
Perform administrative functions, such as order entry, filing, and other administrative support as needed
Maintain customer profiles and history in integrated data systems (Hubspot, Visual JobShop)
Generate customer data reports for General Manager as needed
Execute customer retention program as defined
TALENTS/SKILLS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Ability to identify areas of growth and innovation for customer retention
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum (5) years of related work experience in manufacturing or other related industry required
Minimum 3-5 years account management experience in direct customer service/inside sales role
BA/BS degree in business administration, sales, or equivalent preferred, but not required
Proficient in CRM software
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Hubspot and Visual JobShop experience preferred, but not required
Technical background preferred, but not required
