WREFS WELDING LLC is a professional manufacturer / distributor of welding supplies and consumables (saw flux, esw flux, saw wire, electrode, MIG/MAG wire, TIG, strip, flux-cored wire, safety accessories, tools, etc)
Job Description;
Knowledge of Welding Filler Metal, Welding Filler Metal preferred
2-5 years industry experience preferred
Work with vendors in showing and demonstrating products
Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills
Strong negotiation skills; confidently and aggressively seek new business
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Decision making and problem solving capabilities
Must be flexible with work hours depending on customer requirements and able to travel
Maintain customer pricing
Work with inside team to handle delivery, billing and purchasing issues
Help with inventory
Assist in collecting outstanding account balances
Requires a valid driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance coverage as required by the company
Job Requirement:
-Outside sales experience in welding consumables +2 years (preferred).
-Promotes sales and provides account service to existing and potential customers.
-Owns existing network of welding consumable customers.
-Must have great skills of communication, relationship building, and negotiating.
Location: No limit location. Primary Houston, TX

Salary: base salary+commission / Full-commission
