What You?ll Do
This individual will become an expert in delivering our sales hiring system while achieving sales targets. You will work with business owners and CEOs, hiring managers and human resource professionals to help them attract, screen, hire and retain top sales professionals. You will work closely with our Topaz sales team and be responsible for closing new business. You will utilize all Topaz expertise to ensure we exceed our client goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum:
A Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
3+ years of successful Sales Management experience
3+ years successful training experience
Preferred:
Assisted in hiring and developing sales teams
HR/Recruiting Experience
Worked closely with the C-Suite to meet hiring and training requirement
Small to medium-sized business experience
