HVAC Ductless Equipment Territory Sales Manager Job Opening in San Antonio, Texas - Essential duties:
Develop and maintain close working relationships with Sales Center Managers, Territory Sales Managers, and Sales Center associates
Train individuals or small groups with emphasis on general product knowledge, application techniques and best practices
Implement product and set integrity in stores, provide feedback on market conditions, insure proper inventory levels, maintenance of retail product catalogues and provide training to retail associates
Primary responsibilities:
Sell ductless equipment to HVAC contractors; sales territories are divided regionally throughout the U.S.
Train both internal and external users on product application, equipment benefits, troubleshooting and installation
Provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data, or bundling arrangements to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products.
Perform product demonstrations, installations, and application support.
Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and schedule training
Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers and a given sales territory
Develop a daily/weekly call list and maintain information accuracy.
Review daily sales reports
Review monthly sales reports with management to determine if goals and objectives are being met.
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
BA/BS degree preferred
3 to 5 years? experience in HVAC industry
Excellent communication skills with strong customer focus
Combination of sales and customer service skills
Strong organizational and presentation skills
Highly motivated with a strong desire for advancement
Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
Intermediate to advanced analytical skills
Ability to multi task
Ability to build working relationships
Intermediate time management skills
Advanced level negotiation skills
Presentation skills in small group settings
Travel Requirements: 50%
Must be able to train and be a strong leader
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 /year
