We are a Design and Metal Fabrication firm looking for an experienced full time Bookkeeper to become part of our growing company. Our company distinguishes itself with its exceptional customer service and product innovation. Position requires a self motivated, organized, detailed individual with a strong working knowledge of Quick Books and accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
Applicant responsible for exhibiting a positive, professional attitude in our Team based manufacturing environment. Innovation, creativity, and Humor is required.
Strong Working knowledge of Quick Books. Must maintain company records in a timely and accurate manner. Proficiency in Microsoft office / work and excel.
Enter daily financial transactions into QB, including PO?s, Invoicing, receiving and paying bills, processing checks and maintaining of spread sheets.
Produce financial reports and present to company officers with solutions to possible issues. Must take ownership of short and long term projects and give updated progress reports to management.
Interact with client regarding financial issues. Investigate and resolve invoicing problems and discrepancies Monitor A/R an A/G to ensure they are current. Excellent communication skills required for interacting with customers and clients.
Work with outside company CPA. Maintain filing system to support financial records.
General Administrative duties as needed.
Human Resource management experience a plus.
