Mobile Software Engineer Job Opening in Bethesda, Maryland - Overview
At Brivo you will have the opportunity to work with the latest and greatest technologies. We are building web services in Azure and Xamarin Android and iOS applications that interact with other third party services and internal RESTful APIs. As an agile team, we practice continuous delivery to ship products our customers love.
Your Responsibilities
You are comfortable with full-stack development leveraging PaaS for rapid feature delivery
You aim for high levels of code reuse, building portable libraries that perform common functions across all of our applications on different platforms
You?ll work within a collaborative agile team, alongside UX/UI designers.
You are comfortable working with a DevOps culture and taking part in an on-call rotation.
You will write supporting functional and unit tests for your code.
Minimum Qualifications
You have 5-10 years of full stack development
You've shipped full-stack apps using open technologies that users love and use.
You love learning and working in a modern, fast-paced programming environment.
You place a premium on user experience and efficiency. You believe in developing apps in an iterative, incremental fashion with measurable progress.
You have a good understanding of test methodologies and care about shipping quality products.
You are comfortable delivering complete solutions to solve real-world problems.
You are interested to learn new technologies and services as necessary to deliver value to the market
