Responsibilities
Support customer application developers with technical knowledge and an in-depth understandingof Brother printer product.
Analyze customer feature requests to propose new software solutions
Work individually and in small teams to develop new software solutions
Create and execute software test plans to validate features and performance to ensure customer and product requirements are met
Test and debug existing software with hardware to resolve defects or deficiencies.
Requirements
BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Programming
2-5 years experience with mobile device software programming
Good communication and documentation skills
Knowledge of:
JavaScript - Required
C++, Objective C - Required
Software Development Tool Experience [e.g. Visual Studio, Android Studio, XCode] - Required
HTML5, XML, CSS- Required
C# [C Sharp], Visual , Java - Preferred
Cross Platform Software experience [e.g. Xamarin, Cordova] - Preferred
