We serve people with developmental disabilities, children with emotional and behavioral challenges, and people with acquired brain injury by offering community-based, residential, in-home and out-of-home services to fit each individual�s needs and preferences. We are currently seeking a MENTOR RECRUITER to join our FHA Program located in WHITTIER, CA. Job Responsibilities: Builds and enhances an active network of Mentors through the strategic recruitment and selection of qualified Mentors. Develops and coordinates advertising and conducts the recruitment process including cold calls and information meetings. Represents the company at job fairs, promotional presentations, and other events to recruit Mentors. Monitors and maintains allocated marketing budget. Develops and implements recruiting and retention tracking tools and strategies. Records and maintains the statistics necessary to measure the effectiveness of various recruitment efforts. Measures success of campaign effectiveness, creating and designing new campaigns as needed to continuously attract new Mentors. Assists the Program Director and Program Services Coordinator in �client match" meetings. Maintains appropriate records in compliance with funding source requirements. Develops informative activities and programs about company services. Conducts orientation, pre-service orientation and home study evaluations including psychosocial assessments. Reviews applications, medical examinations and references. Compiles and submits application packet when all components are received and advises management on whether or not to proceed to the next step of the certification process. Develops and maintains professional alliances and relationships that will serve to help recruiting efforts. Participates in the development and implementation of Mentor retention programs. May perform duties of the Certification Specialist as needed. Other duties as assigned Requirements Professional Qualifications: Bachelor�s Degree in Human Services, Marketing or Business.
