Please read this whole ad before responding so that you have all the information. We are a large CSA farm. Our farm was established in 1976 and is family owned and operated. What makes our CSA unique is how flexible our program is to the customers. We are very well known in northern California and have a fabulous reputation in Southern California. We need 3 more reps. This is a door-to-door position. I know most door-to-door jobs are a scam, or pyramid scheme, or a very "hard sale" mentality. We are none of these. You would be a real employee of the farm, W-4 and all. We care about our reps and our clients so we do not want hard selling pushy people. Let's face the facts.. most door-to-door people are annoying and rude. We want nice people who are non-pushy and believe in organic produce and sustainable agriculture. We also attend really great events We do not collect money or credit card information. We just get basic information to get new clients started with this wonderful service. Job Description: Sign up new clients Fill out sign up form ; name, address, phone, number, and email Log sign up information into computer within 24 hours Turn in completed forms to manager Meet in LA Area (Manager drives you from there in company vehicle) Opportunity to qualify and work The Events Calendar ( for maximum earnings potential ) Job Requirements: Ability to get to the meeting place. Access to a computer daily, Access to a cell phone daily Positive attitude The ability to communicate Description of a Work Day: Meet at meeting place. Have a brief meeting with manager. Maps are assigned with about 5-10 blocks of a particular neighborhood. Everyone gets in the van and the manager takes you to the location. You are given a small break then dropped off. Pay: You are paid Minimum wage or commission per sign up whichever is greater. We do not want you to make minimum wage. All of our reps sign up 7-10 a day average which is $140-200 per day. We have some extraordinary reps who sign up 12-18 per day making much more. It is really up to you. We will give you the training and the tools to be successful. Commissions are $15.00 to $ 25.00 depending on the size of the service you sign up. By far the average commission is $20 per sign up. You will be paid every two weeks and we also have direct deposit available. I will make the schedule up every two weeks and send it to you via email. You are expected to work 4days per week between Mon-Thurs. hours vary depending on the season. There will be an extraordinary opportunity to qualify for the Events Calendar. The top producers will have first pick to work the many events in the area. These are very profitable and are fun too! We do set ups at events and the sign ups are sometimes massive. I will be evaluating Reps for this privilege based on overall performance such as dependability, sales, teamwork, and attitude. If you wish to increase your paycheck are the way to do it! I will also be evaluating Reps for the position of Team Leader and there are many levels you can aspire to with our Farm. You can look at this as a career step for you as well. We have a very aggressive strategy for future growth and we will need solid people to get there.
