Systems Analyst Job Opening in Sioux Falls, South dakota - Role and Responsibilities
The role of the Systems Analyst will be focused on developing, maintaining, and improving all software and databases.
Develop and implement new software programs
Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
Design and update software database
Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary
Mine current software platforms for different data needs with queries
Build programs to gather information on current platforms
Design, develop, and implement applications, reports, and databases.
Consults with users to determine application needs and objectives
Provides technical assistance to program/system users
Maintains existing applications including bug fixes and enhancements
Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting and problem solving of development issues and enhancements
Working directly with the Executive Team to provide data

Qualifications and Education Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the necessary qualifications, but are not limited to the following:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and/or related fields or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in at least one programming language
Additional experience in any of the following categories:
UI or UX
Database Administration (SQL Server)
2+ years of experience in web and software development
