Software QA Analyst Job Opening in Nashville, Tennessee - QA Job Description
This role will primarily work with our clients and our lead developers. The QA Analyst will work directly with the client and our staff to determine needed features, product expectations, and business requirements. You will not just collect and clarify requirements, but will often be looked at as someone who needs to help refine and improve requirements.

Primarily Responsibilities
Collect and distill customer and technical requirements in a clear and concise manner
Organize, clarify, and communicate those requirements to both the customer and the internal Vanick team
Perform QA testing on development releases to ensure they meet your requirements and quality standards
Act as a representative of our customers: ensuring quality and product vision are met
Decomposition of business requirements into our ticketing tool (Jira)
Secondary Responsibilities
Create wireframes or rapid prototypes that enable client/customer alignment
Help us improve internal processes and practices
Preferred Experience
3 years? experience working in a software development environment
3 years? experience testing software and/or gathering business requirements
Has worked with Agile requirements or lightweight requirements
Experience in Atlassian tools (JIRA / Confluence / Hipchat)
Experienced in creating wireframes or rapid prototypes
