Direct Sales / Building Consultant Job Opening in Englewood, Colorado - Armstrong Steel Buildings is seeking full time experienced Sales Consultants with a proven ability and personality to work within a high pressure environment where you get well rewarded for the efforts you put role is not in a typical sales environment, we remain focused until the work is complete. Responsibilities include:
Inside Phone Sales, leads are provided
Developing relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and advising them on a suitable building solution
Make a high volume of daily calls speaking to decision makers across all verticals
Proactively maintain your pipeline using our CRM /Salesforce
Problem solving
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets, receiving incentives and bonuses.
Develop skills necessary to transition into a team leadership role
Ideal Fit:
Drive and determination to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Adept at qualifying leads, reaching the right contact, prioritizing the pipeline and closing the deal
Ability to be coached and take constructive feedback
Be motivated by targets, monetary rewards and incentive opportunities
Excellent oral & written communication skills with co-workers, management, and most importantly, with our customers.
Ability to thrive in a performance oriented environment with short sales cycles
Self-starter with a competitive nature and desire to grow a career in construction sales
