Intoxalock manufactures and leases ignition interlocks (car breathalyzers) to people who are legally required to install one due to a DUI, DWI, or OWI. We have more than doubled in size during the past three years and continue to grow at 20%+ annually .
So, what is the Role?
The role is our Sales Consultant position. We have two sales teams that focus on assisting our customers with our unique product and their unique need.
The sales position involves NO cold calling !

What will I do?
As a Sales Consultant you will engage in passionate and meaningful conversations with people who call-in or request information to learn more about our products and services. They want to know why we standout above the competitors ? not only because they are regulated to have our product, but for the comfort of knowing that we will take care of them while going through the process of regaining their license after a DUI, DWI or OWI drunk driving offense.
The goal: Get them scheduled to get an Ignition Interlock Device in their vehicle so they can keep driving safely!
We set you up for success ? for the first 90 days you will earn a base pay with extensive training. After 90 days you will begin to control your future income transitioning into full commission structure.

Our Sales Consultants earn $45k - $65k per year minimum on our uncapped commission structure. This is not exaggerated. It is an uncapped commission structure and we want you to earn more! Who are we looking for?
We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented, passionate individual who wants to work hard and elevate their personal success. Individuals must love to learn, be competitive, love winning and have compassion for people and be attracted to high earning potential.
Our Sale Office is open from 7am -10pm, so we have a variety of shifts available. The biggest need is from 11am-10pm.
Sales Consultant Qualifications:
College preferred or equivalent years of work experience history
1-3 years of experience
Desire to control your own income
Ability to uncover needs and close on the first call
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Experience working a fast paced, ever changing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and follow up abilities
Proficient computer skills (30WPM minimum) ? comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs
