Internet Sales Representative Job Opening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Due to dealership growth, Andrew Toyota is seeking to hire full-time and part-time Internet Sales Representatives. They will be responsible for responding to online customer inquiries about our products. The focus of this position is to provide each customer with a rock star dealership experience. Customer service is our #1 priority and each customer interaction needs to reflect that. This entry-level position will be a great start for someone that is looking to learn the ropes of customer service, digital marketing and/or automotive sales.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
A positive attitude, a keen sense of attention to detail, and a go-getter spirit is absolutely needed to succeed in this role
Previous telephone and internet sales experience is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Strong work ethic and the ability to effectively manage priorities
Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to better understand client concerns and overcome objections
Must possess a friendly attitude and be comfortable developing rapport with customers over the phone.
Must enjoy working on a team and be self-motivated
HOURS:
Part-time is mostly nights and every other Saturday (9:00am -5:00pm)
Full-time is first shift, 1 night a week, and every other Saturday
You will be guaranteed to have every Sunday off!
