Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - Do you like to build relationships, grow customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals?
Cinder is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to fill a role for our client in Outer NE Portland, OR . This is a full time, 40 hour per week direct hire opportunity with a full benefits package.
Qualifications:
Clear understanding of/experience with the sales process, cold calling, business development, the sales funnel and pipeline management
Ability to get past gatekeepers to decision-makers
Demonstrated experience with meeting/exceeding KPIs such as calls/day, sales per month, etc.
Minimum 3 years? experience in B2B sales in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Background in veterinary medicine or other healthcare is a definite plus!
Bi-lingual Spanish preferred but not required.
College degree
Knowledge of SalesForce CRM.
Work Environment:
Office is dog-friendly!
Sitting for 8-hour shift. Extensive phone/email work.
Dress code: business casual.
Hours of Work:
Monday ? Friday
8-hour shift between 5:00 am and 5:00 pm, depending on territory assigned.
Compensation:
$40,000/year base pay plus quarterly performance bonus of $2500-$3750
