overnight childcare/mothers helper Job Opening in austin, Texas - overnight childcare/mothers helper Need someone to be home sun-thurs 9pm to morn. very studious sweet preteen. Doing 2 or three days of the week is fine also. Mostly this is job while you sleep in my pretty master bedroom in queen sized comfy I also do need a little help, dishes& clean kitchen if needed and sweep. During school year you must drive kid to school up north.. we are central. Need someone stable, responsible, and with car/ins. This position will not work during the school year for someone who works or goes to school central or south as traffic is bad in the morning. Though if you'd like temporary summer position, working /school central or south is fine.(2 weeks left in school year) I need someone immediately. I would love to have someone around from another country unfortunately in this day in age ...I have to be able to physically meet someone to interview them and even have them do a trial . So please do not respond to this ad if you live too far away to do so. I am a strict parent in that I expect my child to have a complete healthy meal in the morning, make her bed, and do her chores. I am a very free spirited parent in that she can build and create whatever she'd like in the yard, express herself freely, be sad or quiet or mad,( though being respectful in speech and has loss of privledges sometimes) make mistakes, work on a painting or art project all night on the weekend as I do this strange combination of being very structured in areas of health and self discipline, but very unconventional in lifestyle and freedom of creativity makes it very hard to find the right person. The person who will uphold standards of a healthy enviroment, but not turn their nose up to a simple small home with no cable tv(we do have wireless net thou gh) and 4 cats and a rabbit, an unmanicured yard with veggies instead of non native plants, and a nocturnal mom whose decided to not have her kid raised in daycares, but rather do janitorial work, paint, and write to generate income.. but still be stay at home mom. I also do NOT bring boyfriends around her and expect the same. I know this is a very long ad, but hopefully will save me time in interviewing. and help me find the right person.
