The seven-year-old business has a strong, stable team of three department managers who run the business under the supervision of the General Manager. We are looking for charismatic leader who can engage customers and the community in order to grow customer count. Our ideal candidate will have all of these qualities: ? At least three years of experience managing managers, preferably in the car care business; ? Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns to increase customer count; ? An infectious personality; ? Ability to understand income statements; and ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word. We have a strong preference for candidates who live in Lakeway or in the South Lake Travis community. Pay is in the $40,000-$50,000 range plus a performance-based incentive pay plan.
