Precisionary Instruments , an established leader in the scientific instruments and technology industry that has been in business for over a decade, has an immediate opening position for an on-site sales representative to join our team in Boston, MA. The person in this position will be responsible for:
Gaining familiarity and becoming knowledgeable with the company?s products
Being able to answer questions regarding the product specifications and functions
Being proactive about communicating with customers through phone sales
The ideal candidate for this unique opportunity is enthusiastic, friendly, proactive, and self-motivated, with a proven record of professionalism and success in fast-paced environments.
The individual selected will receive comprehensive sales training both before and during the job period. We will do hands-on teaching to help the individual become knowledgeable with Precisionary Instruments and its products.
Desired skills and experience:
Background and prior training in science (histology, pathology, biology, etc). Any experiences in using vibratomes, Compresstomes, microtomes, and cryostats are considered a bonus.
Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, and friendly attitude
Previous sales experiences preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
