Accounting Clerk - Sales Tax Job Opening in Nashville, Tennessee - Great American Opportunities is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Accounting Clerk working primarily with Sales Tax and Use.
The position includes various aspects of coordinating and the oversight of sales/use tax and filing throughout the US in all states as a representative of Great American Opportunities.
This includes but not limited to sales/use tax filings, audit support, reconciliation of tax reports thereby requesting accurate payment and distribution of any taxes due in a timely manner.
You will be assigned the responsibility of direct contact, communications and oversight with auditors, state officials and GAO in-house management/legal or accounting parties on a consistent basis.

Requirements:
Preferably 3-5 years of sales tax or general accounting experience.
Disciplined and organized
Good written and oral skills
