Students must have a Bachelor degree or the equivalent and are between the ages of 22 to 65 for the most part. We provide training that is online and in-person at our offices in�Chicago, Illinois. We are the largest TEFL training organization in the United States. We train our students to be certified in TEFL (Teach English as a Foreign Language) in order to teach English throughout the world. As a TEFL Advisor you will work about eight hours each day. Duties: Sell our TEFL training courses through email, phone, and presentations to people who have an interest teaching abroad (NO COLD CALLING). Typical age range of students is 21-35 but up to 80. People pay for our TEFL training then teach overseas for 6 � 12 months minimum. It�s a dream come true for people to have the opportunity to live and teach overseas, to see the world, and for some to save a good chunk of money. Pay: Straight commission: most start out at 4 to 8 sales their first month and can build quickly to as many as 10-12 sales per month over time and can quickly earn $40,000 or more thier first year. Straight commission isn�t for everyone but the excellent compensation is there for people who work hard at a fulfilling job. We will train you, give you continued support, and offer a very generous commission for people who do their job well. We also appreciate ambitious people want to grow into other responsibilities later in their career and we promote from within. Our TEFL Advisors earn an excellent pay. Its 100% commission but you will make at least $3,000 you can earn between $50,000 to $88,000 per annum. We are only looking for a few new hires so we need the best. You will make more on commission than on base pay if you can do this job. Of course, this job is not for everyone.
