Your Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Coordinate all external marketing and community outreach programs
Utilize CRM to identify and contact leads, as well as develop a growing base of referral sources to achieve community occupancy goals
Represent the community to referral sources and prospective residents, and explain the benefits of residing at our community
Coordinate and complete all activities needed for an admission by visiting the prospect's home, health care providers, or other location to conduct initial assessments
Manage the sales/admission process by assisting prospective residents, their family members, referral sources and/or advisers in the decision making process
Skills and Requirements
1 - 2 years of sales experience, preferably in health care services products. Familiarity with long-term care and/or health care services useful.
College education preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers, computer applications to include Microsoft Office, and typing
Must have own reliable transportation and must present well
