Accounting & Business Analyst With Real Estate Experience Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - Redhill Ventures () An entrepreneurial real-estate and technology firm is seeking a Accounting & Business Analyst to report to the President of the firm.
Job Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
* Day to day management of retail / office center
* Problem solving* Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable data entry
* Reconciliation
* Payment Preparation
* Operations Support
* Develop and maintain weekly and monthly reports
* Vendor selection and negotiation
* General Office Duties
Job Requirements
* Previous experience with accounts payable, accounts , bank reconciliations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good Customer service skills
* Possess strong organizational and time management skills
* Systems and Tools Acumen: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and have aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
* Analytic Skills: Ability to think objectively and interpret quantitative and qualitative data
* Collaboration: Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners (domestic and international) * Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in industry

Candidates must be professional, dependable and able to work independently with little supervision. Our working hours are 9 am-5 pm Monday -- Friday
