Accounting Assistant
This position includes accounting operations, financial reports, maintenance of accounting records, A/R, A/P, - it also includes cost analysis projects and daily interaction with the President of the company. Weekly A/P check printing, weekly receipt entry, bi-weekly payroll register entry. The position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
Accounting, business finance and/or CPA and experience are required. Experience with Peachtree/Sage Accounting and ADP is a plus. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required. Must be comfortable working as a team member as well as independently. Early morning hours.
