Customer Service Sales Representative Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - YogaFit is looking for a ROCK STAR Customer Service Sales Rep to help grow our client base. The successful person must have a proven track record in phone/email sales; after all, you will be the voice of the YogaFit!
Responsibilities
Proactively make outbound calls to existing and new customers with the goal of selling YogaFit teacher trainings and/or other products or services
Follow up on email inquiries and other unsolicited in-coming customer calls and convert into a sale
Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly basis (upsell, downsell, cross sell)
Build and maintain customer relationships * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and statistics
Provide weekly reports on activity: Number of calls, registrations, etc.
Maintain and update customer account profiles
Continually improves knowledge of company services and promotions
Freedom to implement your own plan to achieve the monthly goals
Occasional travel to YogaFit events to sell business services
Other special projects as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications
High-school diploma
College degree in business related field, a plus
Minimum of 3 years of recent sales experience utilizing both inbound and outbound calling techniques
Customer service experience
Stellar verbal communications skills
Fabulous interpersonal skills
Ability to "read" customer needs and wants
Proven track record of successful telephone sales
Health and wellness minded person, a plus!
