Qualified applicants for our manager in training position (MIT) will possess retail and/or management experience. The MIT position will require relocation upon completion of 3 to 6 month training. Responsibilities of the Store Manager include recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, store operations, store merchandising, inventory management, directing and maximizing sales, and customer service.
