Job Description
Creates and reviews all quotes received in by sales representatives and managers for Outsourcing related proposals. Provides Customer contract assistance to sales personnel.
Accountabilities
Processes contracts for execution once approved, then stores them in DMS.
Creates and/or reviews all existing customer Outsourcing quotes/schedules for additional services or renewals to ensure they are compliant with contractually agreed upon format.
Responsible for formatting all nonstandard contracts for Solution based proposals based upon contractually agreed upon format.
Responsible for contract template storage and release once approved by Director.
Responsible for collaboratively updating pricing, product descriptions, contract templates and technical information with - Solution Management, Purchasing and IT teams.
Evaluates workflow efficiency on a regular basis to ensure that deadlines are met.
Attends required technical training to learn about new products and technology trends.
Required
Associates in Computer Science or equivalent experience in related field (or certificate)
1-3 years of technical and/or business experience
Proficiency in MS-Office applications
Strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of, Adobe Acrobat, and contact manager software (Microsoft CRM)
Preferred
Experience in banking software/hardware and contract
Pre-Employment Screening: Drug screen and background check required.
